Each year, CICI holds its General Meeting where members of the Board of Directors are elected. Since all CICI customers are members of the cooperative, they are invited to the Annual General Meeting and have voting rights. Members can also be nominated for positions on the board. The Systems Administrator notifies customers of an upcoming Annual General Meeting in advance.
