There are more than a few times I have been on the internet and found out that you could watch grass grow faster than it took to load a page.  Well, I think I have found something that will help you out.  Infact, I thought this was such a good find, I had to give it a page of it's own.  All you do is head to the following site and it'll tell you what is going on.  It's like driving a car, watch the signals.

ANDOVER

This site will tell you what part of the world is running slow on the internet and were you can sail alon nicely.  It gives you a RED light if it is extremely bad, or a YELLOW light if it is slow, or a GREEN light if it is normal, or an X for NO.  It lists all areas in the world by countries.  Bookmark this site, it'll come in handy.
