* Glad to Help...

*** I like to speak to my customers on the phone or through e-mail, when they are planning on ordering a new bow. This way, we can discuss in detail what they want in a bow and I how can best accommodate them. ***

Old time craftsmanship is not a thing of the past in my workshop...

*Optimum performance with classic lines...

* Both of my longbows are of the same deflex/reflex design. Nothing extreme, just enough to cut down handshock and pick up the cast. This design improves performance as compaired to the basic straight limbed, back-set or reflexed bows while still maintaining an aesthetic traditional look when strung.

* Both longbows are available in three lengths; 62", 64" and 66".

* To improve and ensure proper arrow flight, the arrow shelf is neatly crested and the strike plate well rounded.

* The grip can be shaped traditionaly straight or slightly dished.

* All longbows have a laced, suede grip and the arrow shelf and strike plate are covered with smooth leather.

* The tip overlays can be made with matching riser woods or with antler. I shape the top limb nock tip in a spear point shape, such as the one in the picture. The bottem limb nock tip is rounded to help protect it from wear and tear.

Antler tip overlays are a very nice touch...

*If you don't see what you'd like, just ask...

Listed in my price and options list are the most popular woods I use. If there is something different you would like, I may still be able to accommodate. If I can get it... I will use it in a bow for you.

Your choice of riser and core woods...

*Tough finish...

Each bow is finished with Fullerplast (an exceptionally durable finish) to protect your bow from all conditions. Being a hunter first and foremost, I finish all of my bows with a satin finish to cut down on glare and possible reflections that can spook game. I also use what I call a "textured mist finish" on both the back and face of the limbs. This mist finish reduces glare even further, making the bow ideal for hunting *without* the need to cover its' surface with paint, pastes or waxes.
