This Railway station was built in 1892.  It is one of the oldest stations left in southern Manitoba.  It has been used for several movie locations and a Saturn commercial.  In the summer of 1997 it was utilized by the Winnipeg production company Buffalo Gal Productions for the movie rendition of Gabrielle Roy's La Route d'Altamont.
